Traveling Trophy Design Award & Vivian Ball Landscape Award

Each year, the Architectural Review Commission evaluates and awards projects that reflect excellence in community appearance. The Traveling Trophy Award recognizes building design and the Vivian Ball Landscape Award recognizes outdoor beautification. The winners are selected based on how the improvements promote compatible and attractive enhancements to the community and conform to the Village’s appearance guidelines.

The Traveling Trophy Award is given annually to a new development or renovation to a commercial building completed in the previous year. The winner is selected based on how the improvements and buildings serve to promote cohesive design.  The Vivian Ball Landscape Award was established in 2000 in the memory of Vivian Ball who was active in Village beautification.
