About the Board
The Village Board of Trustees is comprised of six Trustees who are elected to four year terms. The Village Trustees, along with the Village President, make certain decisions to maintain and enhance the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Village of Glen Ellyn. The Village Board of Trustees perform a variety of duties outlined in the Village Code.
The Village President and the Board of Trustees determine appointments to the 14 permanent and various Ad Hoc citizen Boards and Commissions, which provide invaluable service to the Village of Glen Ellyn. These appointments are all volunteer positions with specific areas of responsibility.
Meeting Calendar
The Village Board and advisory Boards and Commissions meet throughout the year as indicated in the Village Calendar (PDF).
