Apex 400
Planned Unit Development of the Giesche Shoe’s property along with the Village owned parking lot on Main Street. The project includes a five-story mixed use building with approximately 8,850 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and 107 upper floor, luxury apartment units. A two-story parking garage with 142 public parking spaces is also part of the project.

Avere on Forest
Reva Development Partners are proposing a four-story multi-family development on the US Bank site (453 Forest Avenue) and the adjacent property to its east (576-580 Duane Street). The property is currently under contract, and the development team is in the process of finalizing the plans for the site. The project features a unique residential rental product with a combination of townhome units (floors 1-2 along the Duane street frontage) and apartments. Some of the amenities of the 77-unit building include two residential terraces, on-site storage, a fitness room, club room and enclosed parking. The developer has also been discussing some plans with the Park District to update Prairie Path Park as part of the project.

Avere on Duane
Proposed by REVA Development Partners is the redevelopment of 1.17 acres of property located at 425-435 Melrose Avenue and 427-443 Duane Street to accommodate a four-story 48-unit multifamily apartment building. The rental units would range in size from approximately 870-1,656 square feet. The development also includes plans for an underground parking garage with 48 parking spaces as well as 34 surface parking spaces.
