The Village of Glen Ellyn is fully committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in principle and in practice. The Village strives to be an inclusive and equitable community, that embraces and champions diversity, and welcomes, respects, and engages all people in all aspects of Village life, including employment, commerce, housing, recreation, faith practices, access to resources, and civic engagement. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are central to the Village’s current and future success.
