[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Scheduled for Proposed Avere on Duane Development

Reva Development Partners have submitted an application for the formal review of a Planned Unit Development of a four-story, multi-family development on the south side of Duane Street between Melrose Avenue and Prospect Avenue, across the street from the Glen Ellyn Public Library.

The proposed development, to be called Avere on Duane, will consist of 48 luxury apartment units with an underground parking garage and a surface parking lot on the south side of the property. The site is comprised of six properties for a total of 1.17 acres.

The Plan Commission will consider the developers' requests at a public hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the Galligan Board Room at the Civic Center, 535 Duane Street. Following the Plan Commission's review, the project is tentatively scheduled for Village Board consideration on Monday, July 8, 2019.

The full Plan Commission packet of plans and documents submitted by the developer will be available for public view on the Village's website by the end of day Friday, June 14, 2019.
