New Downtown Parking Options

Each quarter, the Village evaluates its available Downtown parking and obtains regular feedback to help structure the most convenient options. After a thorough evaluation, the Village is making several changes to better suit the community’s needs, including the addition of the former US Bank lot, additional spaces, and more convenient options.

Starting in 2023:

  • New Overnight Parking Permits
    • 6 pm-7 am - $100 semi-annually
    • Main St Glenwood Extension Lot, Civic Center Garage, Pennsylvania West Lot, and Main/Crescent Lot within designated areas
  • Additional Free Customer Parking Options 
    • Closer customer parking in the Pennsylvania West Lot
    • Free parking to begin at 11 am in certain areas
    • Free parking at the Main Street Glenwood Extension Lot at 3 pm in permitted area
    • Free parking in the former US Bank Lot
  • Merchant Parking Permits
    • 20 added spaces in the Main Street Glenwood Extension Lot
    • Change in the parking area of the Pennsylvania West Lot
    • Blue Dot Parking Permit prices remain the same
    • Former US Bank Lot added to Blue Dot Parking
  • Commuter Parking
    • 55 additional spaces in the Civic Center Garage
    • Change in the parking area of the Pennsylvania West Lot
